I have used this service a couple of times in the last couple of years for roof repair and exterior additional services with complete satisfaction. The availability, quality of work and completion have always been excellent each time. The price is in line with this type of work but I believe the quality and customer service are more important. Would definitely recommend for your roofing project!

I did some research and got several quotes before I decided on Kathy's Cleaning. Their fee was very reasonable. They knew we would be gone for an unknown period of time. It turned out to be 9 months. Over that period of time, they contacted me a couple of times to alert us to some problems that needed attention from other service sources. They came once a month to keep the house from getting dusty and neglected. The biggest issue was some mold growing on the walls in a couple rooms. When we got home we noticed the problem was, atleast temporarily, under control. Rich had taken the extra time on his own to clean up the mold. We were so pleased. I highly recommend these people. I would hire them again without thinking twice. Such a relief to be able to count on "strangers" to not just do a great cleaning job, but to look out for the place, as well!

They were extremely prompt and professional. Project was repairing damaged bedroom walls and ceiling and repainting. They were excellent at the big stuff, also excellent at the small stuff like minimizing dust, cleaning up, moving furniture around. Also just nice people, very friendly. I plan to use them again and give them the highest possible recommendation.

I needed someone to do a major brush removal and some tree trimming.
I contacted 3 landscaping services for my project prior to finding Betschart on HomeAdvisor. Brian at Betschart was the only one to respond to me, and he did so within a few hours of my inquiry. We met at the job site within 2 days, and he sent me an estimate that evening. (Tuesday.)
We spent the next 2 days emailing the contract back and forth, and on Friday he told me they would begin the work either Monday or Tuesday. They were there on Monday, and the total job took 4 days to complete. The workers were efficient, fast to respond to any requests that I made, and did an overall excellent job of clearing and removing some large overhanging tree branches, and a awful lot of brush from around the house, the garage, and other areas on the property. They ground out the stumps, and did a very good job cleaning up and removing the debris.
I highly recommend Brian and his group! Once I am ready to clean up the rest of the property, this is the only call I will make.
