Excellent experience. They worked hard and they fixed my drainage issues. The yard looks great and there is no more flooding. I tried a French drain last year and it did not help. Woody and his fabulous crew put a dry river rocl creek along the back and sides of my home. No more flooding! They did a lot of little extra things for me that helped me out a lot. I highly recommend Woody and his team.

I hired R.B Rouse LLC and I was very happy with the outcome. The workers on the job kept the work area clean. They adhered to safety and COV19 protocols. We had this company complete a third floor and build a wood fireplace on our back porch. They take great pride and making sure you are happy and provide honest prices. That is hard to find in the contracting world! If we had any issues, questions, or concerns they were quickly addressed. We would hire them again and in about a year or so we will be looking at upgrading our kitchen. I would give them a n opportunity to earn their business and trust.

Scott and his crew was amazing! We had a complete kitchen remodel. Scott designed the kitchen and installed the cabinets. It was a major showcase in the home and helped us get top dollar when me moved. I loved his work so much that I asked him to design my kitchen in Chattanooga.

Above and beyond.
This is the only phrase that even comes close to describing the experience I've had with the entire Canopy team.
For the last 6 months we've subscribed to Canopy's PremiereLawn care service. This package is advertised to include regular mowing, edging, turf care, fertilization, annual aeration/seeding, shrub care and pest management.
Honestly, I was apprehensive, because the lawncare companies we've hired in the past have always been pretty disappointing... but Canopy has been amazing.
First, there's Ms. Emily who I've never even spoken to in person, but I feel like I know her. Anytime I need something, I just send Emily a text and she immediately takes care of it for me.
Then, there's Pete, Justin, Luke and Chris who have been maintaining our lawn. I know their names, because they send me a written report with photos each time they are at the house. I've never once had to hound them to come out and mow, and they have stayed perfectly on top of the maintenance program we signed up for.
(In fact, I got an email one day explaining how the mower had cracked our clean out drain cap, and they had it fixed within a week. Are you kidding me?! Anyone else wouldn't even have mentioned it. So impressive.)
And finally, there's Jason and his world-class landscaping team. After having such a great experience with the lawncare, we deciding to make a significant investment by having Canopy revamp all of our landscaping.
Not only did Jason come out to our house multiple times to meet with us, he created custom mockups of what the landscaping could look like. We requested many changes, and never once did we feel like we were frustrating him. He is SO knowledgable and passionate about his role, and I can tell he's a great leader.
Jason has built an amazing landscaping team, as well. They are all so talented, and they did a tremendous job on our property. His team did so many little things to go above and beyond. When they reached the point where any other landscaping company would have left, I swear they were only half done. The results are gorgeous and thoughtful, and I love how pricing was made clear from the beginning.
To close, my wife and I have worked extremely hard to own our home. The entire team at Canopy helps us properly care for something we feel very fortunate to have, and we are so thankful to have found them.

Kathy provided an initial design and then modifications to reflect my input. She provided complete project management, including cost estimating, scheduling, and coordination with her team of subcontractors: flooring and tile, cabinetry, electrical, woodworking and plumbing, and painting.
