Your First Call: With your first call to the Case office, a Client Coordinator will discuss the project or repairs you are considering, and determine if you will need an estimate or if the work can be done on an hourly basis. If your project will require an estimate, you will be scheduled an exact-time appointment for a free consultation with a Remodeling Consultant. If your project is small and it can be done on an hourly basis, a Home Repair Specialist will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time to come to your home and perform the work. Free Consultation: Our team of professionals is courteous and will arrive on time. Our Remodeling Consultant will visit your home and talk through your needs and projects. Then, if appropriate, they will use their laptop computers and print out an estimate or contract immediately. The current door is likely a paned panel that was cut down from a similar piece use to construct walls on an sun room wall. There are similar areas on several of the panel mullions in the room, where the dog has slaws at the wood.
