Request a plumber who is VERY experienced. The number of hours quoted for parts needed with estimated labor at $100.00 per hour to do the job "can change".
If the plumber takes more time to complete the job, each additional hour required to complete the job continues to be charged at $100.00 per hour. It can get very costly.

Sedrick responded quickly, came and saw the scope of work, gave me a fair price. Came when he said he would and got the job done to my satisfaction. The scope was the removal of soil and old landscaping rock in preparation for the installation of a concrete landscape border. I will have him and his crew back to progress the project on the next phases. Good men!

The cement work is very nice, but these guys are terrible at communicating, and they still have not done the expansion cuts, weeks later. If you want a good product and do not mind not knowing who is going to be doing what and when, then this company is for you.
