Dave and his crew are the nicest people you ever want to meet. They are considerate, careful and very eager to please. A very messy job was done cleanly, the mess cleaned well each day. The job takes longer and is more complicated than it seems at first. Sometimes communication can get confused so be sure that you have everything clear. The floor looks beautiful and hopefully will wear well for years to come. All in all, we are very pleased.

The team was professional, communicated all progress and was meticulous with attention to detail. We had our dock painted and our driveway pavers power washed and sealed along with the house painting and all activities were coordinated without any interruption to our coming and going. Great job. I called a few larger companies and they were all days to a week out for an appointment. Found Access through Angi. They came out same day, got the new opener installed quickly and the crew couldn't have been more professional or helpful. I would highly recommend.

Bill from Tropicana was amazing. His company offers what every home owner desires in the contractor they hire. Knowledgeable and experienced, prompt and courteous, Bill was meticulous in every aspect of my project. From planning, installation and clean up, every detail was handled with care. I always felt comfortable leaving him alone in my house. He was even good with my dogs! Last but not least he made my project affordable. I received a BEAUTIFUL tiled shower for "pennies" more than one of those prefabricated inserts. I am lucky to have hired him, and would give a verbal recommendation to anyone considering his services.

We contracted DreamWork Aluminum to remove, then design, build and install a new lanai enclosure with picture window and no chair rails. Kevin came out to measure and discuss our options and then the team consisting of Dave the Lead, Tyler and Saul came last week to install the new enclosure. The quality and strength of the new structure is outstanding as was the team who installed it. They did an absolutely wonderful job and left our property exceptionally clean. Should we need any screen or aluminum work in the future DreamWork Aluminum is the only company we would call. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality, price point and workmanship.
