So friendly and eager to address all my questions and concerns. She sent Travis out to provide an estimate and he was also kind, patient and willing to answer all my questions. I had quotes from three other companies but Travis was the most professional and sincere. I set up an appointment with Barbara and within a few days Travis arrived to install my new door and remote system. He did an amazing job. He took away all the old materials and left the garage area spotless. All Access will always have my business and can rely on my recommendation to all my family, friends and neighbors. Sergeant Smith's Lockout & Roadside Svc IncEfficient and helpful, 5 star service all the way. I had asked for a bid and he followed up a few days later to see if I had found a locksmith. That follow up earned my business, he asked for pictures of the locks so he was prepared. Day of service he got right to work, then hurricane force winds hit. He improvised and used my kitchen counter to rekey 8 locks while the storm blew through . He was quick and very clean never would have know it was a work space, we had pleasant conversation while he worked. He also was able to open my mailbox and replace that lock without drilling . He even helped program my garage door remote . He is everything you want in a small business. His number is saved in my contacts cause he is who I will call for a locksmith or his roadside service . they wanted to charge double what the other company I had ultimately have chosen. they were professional and believe the work would be great. HOWEVER, they would have charged me $360 total for 2 garage door springs, and thankfully I went with another company and only paid $185 total for 2 garage door springs. I do believe this does boarder on an ethical issue. But buyer beware.

One of the springs on my 2 car garage door broke last night around 8:30. With my car locked in the garage I had a sense of urgency to have this repair made so I consulted with Angie's List to find a trustworthy contractor to perform the repair. I submitted a request for a quote and Pacific Experts contacted me via the Angie's List messenger within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for 8-10am this morning and Eli called when he was an estimated 20 minutes out and he arrived a little before 9:00am. The required repair was obvious since the spring was broken. I have both springs on my large door replaced and he was done in 30 minutes. Thank you Pacific Experts for being able to make it out first thing this morning and for being fairly priced.
