Steve was outstanding. He was the first to call and the first to email. He was very friendly, explained in detail what the problem was on the phone, and came out when he said he would. He fixed the problem, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure everything worked and was cleaned up before he left. And the price was less than I expected. He's my HVAC guy now and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have had Quality Ambient over for both HVAC service and repair, and eventually had them do a system replacement based on their diagnoses and recommendations. I like the way that they communicate, offer options, discuss the pros and cons of the options and also the cost and estimated return on investment based on the options chosen.
