My fridge was freezing all my food. He came out and went step by step to find the issue. Cleaned the back of my fridge because it was so dusty and dirty until it was spotless. And made sure that it being so filthy, was actually the problem before he left. Which turned out it was. He ordered some parts to replace some shelves inside the fridge and is coming back to put those in tomorrow. I would absolutely recommend him. Really nice. Really explains the problem. Heâ s my new contact for problems I have with an appliance. He saved me a lot of money not having to buy a new fridge.

Outstanding Service!! Had extended warranty on my LG refrigerator. First company came out to diagnose, didn t keep parts on hand and had to order compressor. Two weeks later never heard back and they aren t answering calls or emails. LG reassigned to Quality and Sonya called right away! Wow she gets a 10 for customer service! They were out next day. Dustin did the repair and it is cooling right now. Very professional young man. In today s times you don t get customer service like this!

Very nice people the entire crew..they converted a garage to a bedroom...we love it..just when they were about to complete the project the texas freeze hit and water heater froze then flooded and destroyed it almost completely. They had to start over and redo almost everything. We had no water for days, then no hot water for a while if not for them it would have been much much longer.We are grateful they worked diligently to restore our lives..would recomend them to anyone..
