THE PERALTAS Remodeling & Services INC.This was the third time I have used The Peraltas, and I would use them again. I like the quality of their work, and the workers are very friendly and courteous. The principal, Sammy, stayed in contact and talked through issues as they came up. He also stopped by numerous times to check on how things were going. Most of the work was for a bathroom remodel, which was complicated by installing a new tub and fixtures in a new position, and by raising the ceiling. It looks great! I have already received compliments on how good things look. Completing the work was disrupted by Covid (virus) concerns; but when work resumed health precautions were followed, and the work was finished nicely. The work finished around September 11, 2020.- John C.

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had in hiring a company to work on my home-and we once hired ex-felons to replace a roof. I was not informed that they hired the work out to any contractor who wants the job. Our new cabinets were badly damaged and dinged. The floor, which was supposed to be leveled throughout, has noticeable dips and slopes towards the walls where the leveler was not spread. Walls and furniture were left dirty. There is such poor communication and the store manager does not even know what is happening despite trying to have him resolve this issue several times. When I called the corporate office number, they refused to give the contact information of the store manager's supervisor. Instead, the store manager was contacted! I strongly suggest you find another company to install flooring for you. Once they get your money, they no longer care.

This company is not dependable or reliable. The owner, Andre will not pick up the phone, he only text. He also takes forever to send a quote or does not send one at all. One quote that I finally received, I approved and he said he would have someone out on Thursday or Friday… no one showed. Then he backtracked and decided to start being even more unprofessional and down right rude. Find someone else

He started the job but then I would get excuses why he couldn't come out to work on my project. This went back and forth and needless to say he didn't finish the job. At some point he wouldn't respond to my text and/or email messages. And finally when he did, I had had enough of him. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY

As the owner of a “new” 100+ year old home, I have a lot of projects to do, which means that I’m constantly reaching out to contractors. It also means that I am concerned about quality of work, because I’m trying to resurrect and preserve a house that hasn’t been taken the best care of by the people that came before me. Delgado Wood Floors was a godsend! While it seems like most of the contractors in this town don’t even want to show up to make a bid, let alone actually do the work, Gerald and his team were the opposite. Prompt and very communicative, they delivered everything they said they would, at a reasonable price, faster than I expected, and I’m very happy with the work. Now if they also did drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical and landscaping, I’d be set!
