Service Plus Heating Cooling PlumbingTerry did a great job ... and it was difficult and in very close quarters. I asked for and was given several different warranty options so I could decide what would work best for me financially. I chose the full package with a 12 yr tank & parts warranty, along with the service plan. Terry also installed a round plastic pan underneath the heater to make it easier for me to see if there was a leak; the heater is in a very dark and difficult closet area on second floor above another property, so this will help in the future to prevent damage to the property below me.- Sheryl A.

I called with water leaking from the bottom of the garbage disposal. I called late in the day and Roto Rooter sent out a tech within the hour which was amazing! Tech mentioned they were part of a 2nd shift that works later hours and on weekends which was extremely convenient. Confirmed the disposal needed to be replaced and we are exploring all options on best model, size, etc. Tech gave us a quote, let us know about extra discount, their card with the hours they work and made self available to answer any questions or discuss further at our convenience. The entire process was very smooth and we will be contacting Roto Rooter for all future Plumbing needs.

Very professional and courteous (including the phone staff). I was with a different HVAC company for 40 years and they became so inferior and we were having too many bad experiences, so we switched to Mowery after a referral. So very glad we switched. I've had a maintenance agreement with Mowery for a couple of years now and am completely satisfied with their service and the technicians. Kirk Wright is the tech that came our for us, and we would be totally satisfied if became our permanent technician. Great company!!
