Dave at DP Weber has an impeccable work ethic. He guided me through the entire process, was respectful, friendly and fair. The workers he hired to do the actual tile, paint, etc were completely trust worthy. He is experienced and up front about his fees. Our job actually came in with no financial surprises. The work was beautifully done. We did a master bath and powder room complete remodel and also the entire lower level floor replacement. I will use him again.

Capital State Remodel did a beautiful job on my stone patio. They finished the project quickly and efficiently and helped me design a patio that would be suitable for the small area and slope of my backyard. They were able to work within my limited budget and helped me select the best and least expensive stone. When a few stones settled more in some areas, they re-leveled them at no additional cost. It is a lovely patio.

We hired Paul and Patriot Construction to do an extensive renovation on our home last year. Paul is unique in a number of ways. He has his own team of sub-contractors. He doesn't have to wait to get projects done because he has his own team he is responsible for. That puts more pressure on him to get work for his team so his clients don't have the stress of being at the mercy of sub-contractors. Paul is a bright, personable, caring, honest, knowledgeable and thoughtful guy. He always answers his phone and is willing to take the time to explain things. He sends detailed emails with a project timeline and budget breakdown so you always know what is going on. When things have come up after the project was finished, he sends his guys over to address them. I think all of these things are quite unique in a contractor. That is why I give Paul and Patriot Construction 5 stars.

Rosie and her team from bid to execution ensured all engineering and scope of work was identified executed against timely professionally and aesthetically pleasing. Too, Rosie's team on this project professionally worked with other contractors on site to minimize any negative timing impact to achieving timing of delivery was achieved. The work was done professionally and as I was remote I obtained timely pictures of before, during and after throughout the project. Responsiveness and communication was very above average to excellent. Any and all concerns or issues were explained and or addressed to ensure budget and timing committed to completion were met. If you're considering any renovation project would highly recommend Rosie and her team(s) to improve the outcome with professional assistance.
