I hired Dalinghaus to lift my house and replace the post and pier foundations in addition to the girder beams. Isaac coordinated the whole job and was great to work with. They did such an excellent job at a good price I wish I could hire them for additional improvement and repair on my old house.

We contracted with SF Blake Construction to complete a home remodel in Peoria. We met with three contractors and accepted bids from two. SF Blake was not only the best bid but he also was the one who listened to what our wants/needs were and didnâ t try to change our minds about what we thought we wanted.
The remodel was of an almost 3,000 sq foot home. It involved removing and installing tile flooring, multiple bathroom remodels and full kitchen remodel. We also replaced glass doors, full house interior repaint, new grill install, pergola installation and had the garage floor epoxied.
During the remodel we were not in the same state so relied on text, email and calls to make decisions. SF Blake Construction was able to keep us well informed and never hesitated to contact us with questions, concerns or progress updates to make sure we were comfortable with the progress. This was handled very well and we never felt in the dark or anxious about what was being done to our future home. This was all done during the Covid pandemic and delays and out of stock items did impact our remodel but we were kept informed on any delays (mainly kitchen cabinets and pergola).
The craftsmanship and quality of work are exceptional. The tile work is outstanding, the custom pantry requested is beyond our expectations, every detail is superb. They are timely, keep you informed of progress and meticulous in the work performed.
I do not hesitate in recommending SF Blake Construction and will be bringing them back in the summer to complete our phase two of things we would like to change in the house now that we have lived in it for a bit.

Will never use anyone else. They were happy to do a small project -adding pavers to patio- and they not only did they do better than hoped for job, they are courteous, professional, and one gets a very personal touch. They also are very reasonably priced. The two brothers took over the business from their father. If I could, I would give them a 10 star rating.

I was very impressed with Clay's Concrete. Clay was very professional and showed up each time and day he said he would be there (my project took 3 days). I shouldn't have to say that, but I can't tell you how many contractors I've had that delay the day they're supposed to come out or just show up whenever they want without warning. As far as bids, I tried to get bids from 6 concrete guys. 3 no showed to the bid (even after me calling several times to confirm); 1 just threw a low number out while he was at my project; and the last bid seemed high to me. Anyway, Clay showed up, took my measurements and emailed me the bid the next day. He put all the sq ft he measured, the cost per sq ft he charges (which was very reasonable) and any extras he thought he could possibly run into (didn't run into any on my project). He also coordinated timing with my plumber since this was for a new addition. He was spot on with everything (according to my blue prints and my inspector) and was very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Russell installed a new driveway approach at my house and three other homes in the neighborhood at the same time. Having all four homes done at the same time reduced the cost of labor and materials considerably. Russell did excellent work and was very professional through the entire process. I would highly recommend Grigg Concrete for any concrete work you need to be done!!

Luis and his crew at ironhand hardscape are top notch, A+ hands down phenomenal! He transformed our yard from a rock field to an amazing beautiful yard that we never want to leave. He was professional, clean, on time, responsive, he never hesitated to make changes along the way that we wanted, he was patient with us when we couldn’t make up our minds. There were a few miscommunications along the way on both our parts but Luis made sure we were completely satisfied and 100 percent happy with the end result! If you are going to invest money in your yard, you would be foolish to use anyone BUT Luis and ironhand hardscape! 💪💪 I would give 1786 stars if it was an option! 😀 Thanks again Luis!

These people do excellent work. Our problem was a surprise rain downpour during the concrete pour (not in the forecast). It was a big battle for them and they did the best they could. They came back later to do finishing touches to damage caused by the rain.

Balance Landscaping did an excellent job or renovating our patio, including demolition of old concrete and cracked stamped concrete. They laid pavers, installed lighting, fixed our irrigation system, added plants and installed a pergola. Our patio has gone from dingy and unpleasant to AMAZING. Matt is great to work with; he listens, has solutions and is professional.
