He was able to converse with me, not at me, he would listen to my input and explain to me what is possible, how the house was constructed and give me his input. He would give me alternative options as to how he can do it. He never made me feel stupid. He talked to me and helped me understand what he is doing in my terms not his. He was open to doing little jobs not just big jobs. No job is too small, he was interested in whatever I needed. He was always on time, provided great communication between us, he would call in plenty of time to let me know he was on his way. Just a good guy all the way around.
