Jim painstakingly removed, cleaned and reset loose ceramic tiles. He saved us from having to replace the entire kitchen/family room floor. It was by necessity a dusty/dirty job, which Jim did cheerfully and for a very reasonable price. We would definitely hire him again.

We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really do stellar work

This team responded to my request quickly and came onsite to scope the work. The newel post was loose at the base of the stairs. They inspected the stair post support under the floor thru the crawl space. They gave me a 2 part plan - first, re-enforce the support under the post, then re-enforce post from sides, if needed.
They only needed to re-enforce the post from the crawl space. Newel post is now solid and with no movement. They arrived on-time and work was done in about an hour.

Mike installed brand new custom trim around the entire perimeter of the garage and did an excellent job. He and James caulked and miter cut the pieces and expertly blended the trim with the floor's slope so one can't even see a difference. Start to finish they completed the job in just a few hours--HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great communication, quick responses, and a determination that the customer is satisfied.
