Customer service was excellent. The technician explained everything and his main focus was to save my existing unit instead of forcing me to buy a new a/c. Very honest company. Highly recommend.

I have used SantaAir for AC repair 3 times in 5 years and have always been more than pleased. all the technicians (Tyler & Victor) and the owner, John have provided knowledgeable and professional service. They arrive on time and have parts/refrigerant with them. Pricing is always reasonable. This past visit, the technicians observed Covid-19 safe distancing, wore masks, gloves and shoe covers and wiped surfaces. This is an A+++ company!
