The lady who contacted us for the company was well informed about our problem and had us on the schedule for that afternoon. Our plumber was Billy. Nick was very knowledgeable and explained everything for a senior citizen like myself could understand. He gave me options on what was best for me. I feel that he has great CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I do have 1 concern, that he looked very uncomfortable wearing his long black pants and white button up shirt. They should be able to wear a more comfortable relaxed unfriended especially during this extreme weather here in Texas

Earlier I gave Michael a bad review for not cleaning up his mess after working on my sewer line. He did come and clean up and I learned that life just got in his way for a while and that is why he was hard to contact and why he took so long to clean up.
He has apologized and I accept his apology. Michael is a great guy and I hope to use him in the future.
