"Trent and his crew truly surpassed all of my expectations! I had them replace my wood siding with vinyl, install new flooring in my kitchen, laundry room, and all bathrooms, install new toilets and vanities, paint, install new cabinet fronts and hardware and replace and repair my fro teal Beau and steps.. They actually built the cabinet doors (shaker style) to save us money and they are gorgeous! Trent has a sharp eye for detail and doesnâ t miss a detail. His pricing is fair and he got us a quote quickly. Their work is top notch - but what really sets them apart is the service. Trent stayed in contact with me so I always knew what their plans were. He and his crew are all super friendly - none of them got annoyed or flustered even when I couldnâ t make a decision on a wall color. They were all great with working around 2 adults working from home and a 6 year old in virtual school. My 6 year old has already said he misses them being at the house! Any time we need any repairs/additions/renovations, Trent and his guys will always be my first call! "

"Kendall and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up nicely everyday. During the course of the renovation, a few issues with old tile occurred and Kendall worked hard to find a solution. The bathroom looks great and we are pleased with the final product!"

"This was my first real remodeling project in my home. The one thing I like about Potomac and bath is the response time. The project took longer to complete but I was fine with that because I wanted the project to be done right."

"Iâm so glad I used EHD! My house needed a total makeover after 25years. My plan was to open the kitchen/living rm./dining rm. into 1 space, completely redo 2.5 baths, plus paint and hardwood floors whole house. I had no experience with this and no idea what to expect. Here are the highlights of my journey with EHD. After interviewing 2 contractors I chose EHD because EHD: 1) starts with a designer who becomes an integral part of the process; 2) included whole house renovation in the estimate whereas the other contractor wanted me to handle the paint and hardwood floors myself; and 3) provided a detailed estimate with line items so I could see what was included in the budget. Once I signed with EHD the planning and process into construction was seamless. I had an original plan for the main floor â the designer made minor changes that increased storage, and greatly improved the beauty, flow and efficiency of the space. She looked at pictures I liked and brought me samples to match. She was VERY detail oriented and listened to what I said. I never felt overwhelmed and really appreciated having the designerâs help. I told EHD generally what I wanted from the start â they knew what I needed and customized their estimate/budget with that in mind. They included recessed lights and upgrades they knew I needed in the estimate. I was concerned about being nickel and dimed later in the process, but that never happened. Once demolition started it was every weekday from 8-4. Best if you can NOT be home, but I have large dogs that I couldnât leave with the workers, so I was home the entire time. EHD was GREAT about the dogs. From the start we planned to shift and isolate myself and the dogs into 1-2 rooms at a time so the work could be done and this worked well. On to the work itself â it is fabulous! Top-qualify craftsmanship and Iâm so pleased with the results. Throughout the construction there were approximately 15 workers through the house. I knew everyone by name, and all were respectful of me, my property and my dogs. And ⦠the workers cleaned up the construction space every day!! This was important to me with the dogs walking around at night. Renovating whole house is a difficult and stressful process. Not everything went smoothly, but the couple of times I needed to reach John (the owner) I received an immediate response and my situation was resolved quickly. Start to finish the process took longer than anticipated â partially due to the need to fix walls (5 rooms with original wallpaper needed a lot of work!). Still there was room for improvement on the timeline, but this is probably true with any contractor. To sum up â John walked through my house that first day and said he could make it beautiful. He delivered on that promise! Originally I thought it was a lot of money to spend, but now I feel like itâs the best money Iâve ever spent. I love my new house!"

"We are beyond happy with our kitchen renovation done by CCR. This was our first reno project and Adrian Dunn went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. Adrian is familiar with Watergate's policies, which made the approval and city permit process seamless. He is honest, professional and you can rest easy knowing the work is done right. I would highly recommend CCR and Adrian Dunn for any kitchen renovation. "
