Vi and his crew were outstanding. Replaced asphalt shingle roof, sky lights, vents and heater vent. Very fast, efficient and neat. Great value and beat everyone on price for the same work. My wife loves the green shingles!! I would highly recommend to everyone.

I have been trying to find a reliable company to replace my rooftop deck and was unsuccessful for a couple of years. I finally stumbled upon 365 Roofing through HomeAdvisor and contacted them. Steve, the owner, contacted me the next day, came over a couple of hours later, gave a fair quote, and 48 hours later, I had a fantastic new composite deck.
Steve and his team were exceptional. Extremely professional and friendly. They demolished the old deck on Friday and I had a new one by Saturday evening. I'm a little stunned. They did a great job of carting away the debris and cleaning up everything after they were done. Spotless!
365 has my strongest recommendation! I'm actually a little disappointed I don't have a second deck for them to replace.

I can not recommend Christopher enough. He and his team did a fantastic job residing my house. I had damaged, old LP siding. Christopher and his team replaced the damaged panels, wrapped my house, put on HP lap siding, and painted it. The trim was perfect and they repainted the gutters. I got to pick my custom colors and he painted everything. I am so happy with how my house looks. Oh and he did it for $10,000 less than all other quotes. Same quality materials same skilled labor, just for less.
Christopher's quote was low pressure, he communicated clearly though email and his team was super friendly and nice.

The crew was the best. One day to take off 4 layers of old roofing, and one day to put the new, and beautiful roof back on. They were very efficient, and cleaned up the yard, and swept the entire driveway.

Ruben came in with the most reasonable estimate offering all the same quality as the highest bidders. The highest bidder was $45,000 HIGHER. It pays to shop around. It took two days to finish my roof, they cleaned it up very well, and it looks great. I inspected everything carefully and I believe JMR ROOFING did a very professional job that should last as long as I do. I give them 5 stars for a reason.
On the personal side, The crew was serious and focused. Ruben was very accommodating to my every request and delightful to work with.

Installers efficient and professional. Project coordinator while friendly and very knowledgeable was lacking in administrative skills. Multiple emails missing information or wrong. Schedule information wrong. Requires check rather than accepting credit or debit card.

The sales process was very informative, and we got the right product for our needs. The installer, Augustin, was professional and very committed to doing a superior installation. The coordination could have been improved because they did not show up on the scheduled day because the product was not available. A call would have been helpful to reschedule. Overall it was a great experience.

We were looking for a full roof replacement and asked 4 contractors for estimates.other than a very high one, they were all pretty equal in price and scope. We were most impressed with Scott of Clearview Exteriors because 1. he was professional, knowledgeable and 2. very honest, advising us that we didn't necessarily need a full replacement at this time, some repairs would be okay for now. That's what sold us; we elected to have a full roof replacement anyway, but appreciated that Scott wasn't trying to push for a new roof. We expected a longer lead time due to fall weather, but within 2 weeks Scott, Tyler and the crew showed up. They started in the morning and finished almost the whole roof that same day (including removal of the old roof). The only work left for the next morning were 2 small areas, which they quickly finished. At the start of the job they had covered all areas around our house with large tarps that caught all the smaller debris and at the end of the job they left all areas in pristine condition. We can not emphasize enough how professional, courteous and fast the crew was. It actually made the "dreaded" roof replacement "enjoyable" for us homeowners. Oh, and not to forget Barb, who holds down the office and was a pleasure to work with. We are attaching a few pictures for reference. The color we picked is "Driftshake". It has shades of greys and browns and looks beautiful, changing depending on light conditions. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to Scott and Clearview Exteriors LLC. We highly recommend this company.
