David and Robin replaced the trim around both of my garage doors due to water damage/rot. They used vinyl trim, flashed, caulked, and repainted everything. David also walked around my house with me and pointed out several other areas of concern. He made it clear he was not trying for extra business since he had plenty. He mainly just wanted me to be aware of steps I could take to prevent future headaches and protect my house.
Due to David's workmanship and professionalism, I am requesting a quote from him for the additional work.

We hired Ruben to install a pair of French doors that we bought secondhand. Ruben did a fantastic job! The work involved shifting ductwork and electrical outlets, drywall and trim work, paint and floor patch. Itâ s was more work than initially anticipated but Ruben handled it professionally. Very reasonably priced; he reviewed all material receipts with me at the end of the job. I work for a well known general commercial contractor and would hire Ruben again.

It was a pleasure to have Raul repair the tile in my shower. From the initial conversation (where we discussed the issue and he provided an estimate) to the final one (where I paid him a very reasonable price for the services rendered), he was polite and professional. He arrived precisely on time both days and respected social distancing (important in these times) while performing the repairs. The quality of the work was excellent. My shower now looks like new and there is no evidence that it has been repaired.
For reasonable pricing and highest quality work, I highly recommend Punch Renovation and Construction.
I plan to call Raul for other jobs as the need arises.

What can I say... not enough. Mike Lannigan takes pride in his work. He gave my 15 year old townhome, which I had been renting out, a much-needed facelift including repainting, re-carpeting, plumbing, misc. repairs, tiling, exterior bay window repair, and even a deep clean. He is honest, prompt in work time and responses. Not only is he thorough and professional in his business ethic, but also is a caring person. Karlos was so professional and reasonably priced for my project. He was a great communicator and was always on time for the job. He kept his word and my floors came out tremendous. I am so happy i found him and that this was so good. I reached out and he was kind and informative. He listened to me and didn't make me feel my project was irrelevant since it was a massive job. He grabbed needed items for the project sent me receipts and followed up daily. Was flexible with payments if i needed time due to account sending limitations daily. Very pleased with how everything went. Total shower replaced! The shower was finished in a week. The area was always kept clean, which was very nice also!! All of my questions were answered. Don was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options to me along with the associated costs up front and ensured I was comfortable with the process. My daughters room took much longer than anticipated to correct and Don was willing to go the extra mile without any additional cost to ensure the job was done right and to our satisfaction. MP Quality homes did more than just excellent tile work when in remodeled my master bath. They installed lighting, re routed plumbing, installed vanities, bath tub and shower, repaired drywall and trim, and more.
