Recent Review: We were very satisfied with them ordering what we wanted. Mitchell, the young man that installed them, was terrific. He was a subcontractor. He cleaned up and explained everything. He was very professional. He was about 30 and well dressed. He was very intelligent. He showed us 3 times how to lock one of the doors because it was a little tricky. I would have had to have gone through all the instructions. It was a secure door and he said that it is the best storm door he puts in. He showed us how to open the other door for ventilation. He cleaned up after himself and swept up. He was wonderful. He arrived on time and called before he came. It was just a joy. He gave us his phone number if we have any problems. He told us how long the doors are guaranteed. We were really impressed with him. He really knew what he was doing. He is sort of a door expert and also installs front doors. He concentrates on doors. He looks at all the specs when new doors come out so he can tell his customers about them, which I thought was very good. I was very pleased with him.

Recent Review: I give Trever an A+ rating for multiple reasons. His work is excellent. He is honest and his prices are very good. He is a professional and will advise when he knows a better, as sometimes less expensive way, of completing a job. Additionally, he does not waste time which means you get maximum return for what you pay him. TMJ Construction is now my first choice when I need to have repairs done. Finally, Trever is just a nice guy.

Recent Review: I contacted Rik in order to see how much it would cost me to install two storm doors. My door frames were not quite up to the current standards, so it made the installation quite complicated. Rik agreed to come out of his way on a Sunday to check it out and give me an estimate. Given how busy he was (a good sign), he couldn't do the job for almost two months. However, the wait was worth it. His estimate said that it would have been less than $500 after everything was said and done. The final price was $460. Rik and his helper were there for much of the day working on it. This price included some carpentry work on the door frames. After everything was all said and done, I was very pleased with the finished product. Will most definitely use Rik again in the future.

Recent Review: The sales portion went very well. They arrived on time and explained all the details of the new windows, how the old ones would be removed, agreed to swap out storm doors and suggested putting trim around each window for a more finished look. They also said that they would stain the new trim in advance so it would match the existing wood. This is a log house and had the original aluminum windows from the 1980's. They showed us samples and were very professional. When the installation crew arrived, the were punctual and very polite. They had one man on the inside with a vacuum cleaner as the man on the outside cut the old window out. This kept the dust to a minimum. They did a great job and seemed to enjoy their work. They cleaned everything around all the windows and left nothing behind. They hauled off the old windows. The were very meticulous about the caulking around each window. Overall they did a wonderful job. It is rare for any business anymore to meet, much less exceed, expectations but Relief Windows did and we are very pleased.

Recent Review: My daughter moved into a new rental house and discovered that the home owner expected her to put up all mini blinds and to have all 7 outdoor locks rekeyed Then she discovered that the hot water in the shower and the bath didn't work. she called the landlord who came over to check it out but he said he would need to call a plumber. My daughter could get the dog door from Lowes the day that she moved in but they couldn't install it for at least 10 days. Her dogs were accustomed to going in and out to the bathroom so it was imperative that it be done asap I called Jeff of all Trades and he said he would be there in 2 days! Then he called me the next morning and said he had a cancellation and did we want him to start that day! It was a big operation and from start to finish took 1.5 days. Jeff did a very professional job on the blinds and locks. he even showed me how to rekey the locks myself. then he drove to Lowe's and picked up 4 privacy wooden panels to cover open areas in the back yard, the storm/dog door and 2 vinyl privacy panels for the front iron gate. The storm door works wonderfully and the dogs are running in and out. The door one length only and the door way is about 4 inches bigger. so he took measurements and will make a flashing for the door to keep the bugs out. The next hurdle was trying to fit a 6x6 vinyl fence panel to a swinging gate. Jeff is the master of invention. he cut the panel down to where it better fitted the gate and the drilled holes through and attached it to the wrought iron fence with zip ties. The gate still works great and now my daughters dogs wont be able to see through the gate to bark at everyone who walks by. He charged us by the job which I really. appreciated because when he would sit to take a smoke break he would tell the most interesting anecdotes of his life. if he had been charging by the hour, I wouldn't have been able to relax and listen. I think his prices were fair and reasonable. he explained what everything cost and why Oh! and after the homeowner left saying he didn't know why the hot water wasn't working, Jeff told me all new appliances had to have a restrictor on them when they came out of the factory. the Plummer who installed the bath and shower should have known to remove it. Jeff when the the handle. took it apart and there it was! a little red piece of plastic that was the reason we were only able to have a cold shower that morning! So because of Jeff we had nice hot showers. Amazing the little things that you take for granted until you don't have it and the people who should know what to are scratching their heads.
