I hired Dalinghaus to lift my house and replace the post and pier foundations in addition to the girder beams. Isaac coordinated the whole job and was great to work with. They did such an excellent job at a good price I wish I could hire them for additional improvement and repair on my old house.

Russell installed a new driveway approach at my house and three other homes in the neighborhood at the same time. Having all four homes done at the same time reduced the cost of labor and materials considerably. Russell did excellent work and was very professional through the entire process. These people do excellent work. Our problem was a surprise rain downpour during the concrete pour (not in the forecast). It was a big battle for them and they did the best they could. They came back later to do finishing touches to damage caused by the rain.

Balance Landscaping did an excellent job or renovating our patio, including demolition of old concrete and cracked stamped concrete. They laid pavers, installed lighting, fixed our irrigation system, added plants and installed a pergola. Our patio has gone from dingy and unpleasant to AMAZING. Matt is great to work with; he listens, has solutions and is professional.

Steve, his foreman Brian and the crew did a fantastic job on our driveway extension and extra slab on our side yard. We found J&B after a bad experience (bait and switch) with another contractor. John is an honest, clear communicator that took time to learn our needs and expectations. Our foreman, Lino, and his team did phenomenal work and have met every single expectation including when I panicked over a paint choice. The scope of work was vast: rebuild a balcony, paint house (two stories), oversized detached garage, and entire perimeter block fence, plus refinish spiral (steel) staircase, paint pool fencing, replace soffit lights, remove old exposed aggregate and create concrete ramps, rebuild bridge and widen front walkway. Inside the home, they finished a set of wood steps to second floor and replaced the worn handrail.
Pricing for the entire project was incredibly fair and the work done exceptional. With so many other home projects on our "list", we have already started saving for the next one. Without question or hesitation, J&B is our contractor.

Mr. Charles White repaired cracks in my concreted basement wall. After his assessment, he explained his repair approach, the type of material he would use to fill the cracks and identified the product he planned to use to recover the wall before he closed it. When he arrived on the work day, he asked again if I had questions and then invited me to see the different stages as he completed the work. He did very good cleanup and clearly has a lot of experience in this area. I highly recommend his company.
