Julian was excellent. From showing up to the bid on time to communication about materials, scheduling, issues that came up. He handled it.
Anytime I had issues or concerns he answered them and discussed how we would proceed making sure I was happy with things before, during, and after.
We have multiple stages of renovation for this house and will be hiring Julian and dream house remodeling for those as well.

Yno Mendoza is the best drywall installer I have ever seen. His drywall repairs are a perfect match to existing drywall. After replacing pipes in an older home, he repaired approximately 15 drywall holes. After two previous separate ceiling leaks, he replaced the ceiling drywall. They all looked amazing. You could not tell a repair has been done. In addition, he made suggestions and recommendations on what should be done.
He is also a skilled painter. He has done both latex and oil painting for us. He makes sure that it is done right and is so very clean.
We have used his services for over 10 years and have recommended him to many of our friends.

Nathan and Glen were wonderful throughout the whole process of demolishing a carport in our backyard. They were very thorough and honest in the scope of work and services they could perform in an effort to save the structure. Both Nathan and Glen remained in constant contact throughout the job with daily updates and flexibility.
