I don't know how to word this...but this is why, why I like Cleveland. Cleveland tends to have older tradesmen, who know their stuff, who bring younger assistants and oversee their work to make sure it comes out beautiful. Which, it does. And he trains them to do the kind of level of stuff he does. It puts back into the community....people learn the trade, and not only do it get a great product, but I get training put back into the community too. (That didn't cost me anything.) It's just plain beautiful. He did a great wall. We asked for one thing...and in many ways we got twice what we expected. He is a great guy. I couldn't recommend anybody better. I would do (more) business with Cleveland, any time, in a second. He has always done the best. He is possibly one of the best guys I have ever worked with.

I called Frank when our 30 year old Clopay door started making strange sounds as it went up and down. It sounded like it was off balance. Frank scheduled an appointment to come the next day and he immediately saw the problem - the door frame was coming apart. We decided to replace the door with a new one. We had googled the price for similar garage doors and Frank's price was right around the average, so we felt that he was fair.
Because of the pandemic, garage doors were taking 4 weeks to come in. Frank was concerned that our garage door might fall and injure someone during the 4 week wait, so he came the next day and did a temporary fix to the door at no charge. He proactively sent me text messages during the 4 weeks, letting me know updates from the manufacturer on the ship date.
Right at the 4 week point, he received the door from the manufacturer and he scheduled a time to come install it, the new track, the new springs, and everything. He was professional, fair, and a nice guy! If we ever need service on a garage door in the future, we will definitely call Frank first!

Upstate Management was and has been so great to work with on building our new Townhome. They do a great job communicating the process and flexible if tasks need to be changed. They build beautiful homes with quality materials. They do a great job with customer support and always responsive to your needs and questions.
