Contacted a few companies to inquire about a deck rebuild. All but Swift River said complete rebuild. Beth at Swift River was the first to start at replacing just the deck boards and replace any structure as needed.
This concept alone saved a lot of money as the entire PT Structure was sound.
Demolition and new deck boards were a fairly quick project and the quality of the picture frame deck is amazing.
Aben and Beth were amazing to work with and highly recommended.

I cannot say enough nice things about Gina and Jesus. We hired them to replace our old, rotten fence and clear out the blackberry jungle in the backyard. Jesus went absolutely above and beyond. The blackberries are dug out by the roots, the fence is stunningly gorgeous, and we're looking to hire them for just about every other handyman thing around the place.
You need work done well and quickly? These are your people. Hire them. Seriously. Do it now.

D, the contractor, responded to my Home Advisor request, scheduled a home visit , and provided a written estimate all within a week's time. He gave me excellent advice and a very reasonable estimate for the job., and actually fit me in and completed most of the work in one day ( removal of an old closet wall, an overhang, and repair of a ceiling). We're just waiting for the tiles to arrive to finish the work. D is accomplished in many areas of construction, so I didn't have to hire anyone else. I couldn't be happier with his work and intend to hire him for other jobs--a real find, I recommend highly.

Everything went right from the beginning. The techs from M&W arrived on time, are friendly and respectful. I showed them the project and they went to work. They identified a problem that could have ended my project. The customized product I purchased was too large for the opening. Most importantly, they had a solution. Once again Hillhouse Construction did the job to perfection. What started out as redoing the baseboards turned into adding matching trim on all windows and doors and painting the doors and jams white to give the home a more updated look. I am so HAPPY with the work and I really enjoy showing it off to friends and family!

RR General Contractors put a large deck on the back of my house and me and my wife couldnâ t be happier.
Weâ ve had several projects bid out around the house and found the experience with other contractors to sometimes be frustrating from a communication and expectation standpoint. Not the case with RR. The entire experience has been stellar.
Rafael is a really good listener and communicator. He came to the project with ideas to make it better. He and his crew worked almost nonstop until the project was completed. The bid was reasonable, especially given the quality, and the bid proposal was detailed. Highly recommended.

We had an unusual project to replace a collapsed front deck, install a boardwalk and a new set of stairs to be one cohesive entryway to our front door - and to ensure it complemented existing stonework.
