I had nothing but an awesome experience! The owner came out for measurements and the office manager was outstanding. They replaced everything within 2 days! And the windows are doing really well for us right now. They were very professional, very efficient, and I would recommend them to anybody!

We are extremely pleased with our new windows. They're beautiful. Zach C and Matt Vecker did half of the window installation and Fernando G and Juan A did the other half. Both crews were all on time, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service skills. I would highly recommend the company. Everyone was great to work with. Our experience with Procraft Windows was and is an excellent value. Quality of work - outstanding! Quality of personnel - could not have been better!
We've had 28 large, tinted, thermo windows(1960's Ralph Anderson designed home, widow seals had broken) replaced, complete with all new cut and painted-to-match window trim. Largest cathedral window is 11 feet by almost 4 wide.
Chris, Cody, Robert and Nyke were thorough, careful of interior rooms and the yard plants. Phone support, timeliness, quality, personnel - outstanding.
Our money is well spent. We are enjoying our view through beautiful new windows

I can not recommend Christopher enough. He and his team did a fantastic job residing my house. I had damaged, old LP siding. Christopher and his team replaced the damaged panels, wrapped my house, put on HP lap siding, and painted it. The trim was perfect and they repainted the gutters. I got to pick my custom colors and he painted everything. I am so happy with how my house looks. Oh and he did it for $10,000 less than all other quotes. Same quality materials same skilled labor, just for less.
Christopher's quote was low pressure, he communicated clearly though email and his team was super friendly and nice.

Denis was very responsive to communication regarding the job of repairing dry rot in structure supports. The job was done quickly, on schedule, and the area they repaired looks great even though they had to take off siding and remove an exterior door to get to the repair. I would definitely hire them again!

I want to state that this was the first home remodel project that we've had done to the home. I waited to do this review to see if any issues popped up and I'm happy to say that nothing has. Owner did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and it's stunning.
There were some logistical issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. While this did add to the estimated time to completion that wasn't a big deal to us and I as the end result is what matters most.
We highly recommend them to do any remodeling job that you require. It will be a top notch job with them making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end product.
