Every step of the way he lets you know what to expect. The quality of work was excellent and whenever there were issues (there always are with construction) he troubleshooted with is us and was fair on change orders.   We hired Dan and his team to do a full remodel of our master bathroom, which was still the original bathroom from 1983 when the house was built. The whole bathroom was slate blue, including the tub and toilet, and was covered in dated tile and leaking. Dan came to take a look and gave us a quote on the spot which he stuck to throughout the project. They gutted the bathroom and rebuilt it from the floor up including installing new masonry boards to make the floor even and stable. They rebuilt the shower, bathtub frame, retiled everything, installed new shower, whirlpool tub, new plumbing, new vanity and toilet. They also painted the walls, cabinets and doors for us for free after we decided we didn’t want to do it ourselves mid project. Dan went tile shopping with me and helped me pick what would work best for our bathroom. Everyone in his crew was professional, fast and did excellent quality work. We were told it would take two weeks and it was as completely done within that time frame (actually it only took 12 days). The bathroom came out beautifully and we love it. Best part was Dan himself - he’s awesome! Super friendly and fun to be around and he knows his craft. He was here everyday working with his crew. Definitely an expert and we learned a lot from him. Would highly recommend S-N-S Remodeling and plan to call him when we are ready for our next project.

  Tommy arrived at the appointed time. After a few minutes surveying the situation, Tommy and his helper got right to work. The old garage apt, door was removed without breaking any glass. New doors were installed after some adjustments. The guys cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old doors. Everything fits well and looks great. Yes I happily would use him again.

  Johnny and his teams did a great job with collaborating with owners from the quote, to design phase and all the way through construction, ensuring safety and quality along the way, even during a pandemic. The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)

  I had Home Remedy remove an old deck and spa and replace it with a new deck. I had a lot of questions about how things were going to be done and, Dennis, the project manager patiently answered every one of them. The crew (Tony, Diego, Theo and others) did excellent work, and they carefully cleaned up the area when they were finished. I would definitely hire them again for other projects. They know what they are doing, and they do it well.
