American Services of TN, LLC.Uzi worked with me on a plan. Once the plan was determined his crew showed up every day promptly and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. The project was completed on time and at the price quoted. I did make a few upgrades along the way which he gladly accepted the change of plans. We have a beautiful living area now that allows us to relax and enjoy nature without the insects! The accent brick wall is beautiful - friends and family love our new space. Brick & TileI asked Daniel to remove some stone around my fireplace to allow room for built in cabinets to be installed. He was very creative to eliminate the dust in my home. He removed each required stone, cut the stone outside and then replaced the stones. The result was was perfect. The cabinets went in great. Daniel was so great to work with. Ground Up Foundation RepairExcellent work! Every step of the process of working with Ground Up was easy and reassuring. Russ was the project supervisor who started the process by taking a look at our foundation and a couple of areas that needed attention. He reviewed the project thoroughly and asked very specific questions about what we wanted to do. I really appreciated the care and thought that was put into making sure that we were on the same page about the work to be done. He explained everything very thoroughly (in words that I could understand!), and I felt really good about having them do the work after talking the project through with Russ. All this before I even got the quote! I hired them, and I am beyond satisfied with the work and the service. Carter and his team showed up to do the work, and it was clear that Russ had communicated the job clearly to the team, and i didn't even need to speak to Russ after that. Carter did a great job, kept me updated on the progress, and they showed up when they said they would. They were very respectful of the interior of our home, keeping things clean. They did a terrific job on the foundation and replaced the entire vapor barrier. On top of it all, they removed the old jacks and some old rusted steal pipes that the previous owner left in our crawlspace. I didn't ask them to, but it was clearly trash, and they offered to remove it, which was above and beyond. Can't say enough about what a relief it is to know that the house is sitting on a firm foundation, and for such an important repair, it feels really good to work with a team that inspired confidence every step of the way. I would gladly hire them again. They did excellent work and gave me a warranty on top of it. To Russ and Carter and the rest of the team, thank you very much! I'm so grateful for the wonderful job you did to stabilize the home that my family sleeps in.- Mark Z.

Handi AndyTerrific! Andy and Larry showed up promptly, performed work as promised, and performed professional work on a quick timeline. Andy's prior experience as a home inspector gave me a great deal of comfort in knowing that his repairs would satisfy what the situation called for. He showed up personally to handle some of the more delicate work, and both he and Larry were friendly professional and a pleasure to do business with. Our home needed lots of small repairs and a handful of delicate projects (window repair/touch up, opening painted shut windows , replacing a damaged awning, masonry touch up). They also helped with pressure wash, fixing a couple leaks, paint touch up inside, and probably about 2 dozen other things that I'm forgetting. If you're sitting on a list of home repairs that you've been meaning to do, but are hesitant to trust someone else with these tasks, Andy and his team are the right people for the job. I worked for a general contractor for 6 years in a previous life, and I know a few things (my wife might disagree), and Andy's work was high quality. If i had more time, I would like to think I could have done some of the work my self, but I won't even pretend that I could have done as good a job as Andy and his team. Navarro Construction/Apolo is the best. I've used them since August 2018 and have never been disappointed. They take care of my lawn all year long. They have planted multiple trees for me and replanted trees too. In the winter, they take care of my gutters. When I was searching for a landscaper, Apolo was the only person who would guarantee me green grass. And he delivered. I can't recommend them highly enough.
