Comment: Job mostly involves labor, as I have already purchased most of the materials. Specific things to be done include replacement of lighting, faucet, mirror, towel bars, toilet paper holder, shower doors, shower hardware and window blinds. There is also work to be done on the ceiling where a water leak from the attic (roof) has ruined the sheetrock and discolored the ceiling in about an 18 sq in area and needs to be repaired/repainted.
