To top this review off I give all the honor and Glory to our Lord and savior. God has brought forth such good honest and caring , loving people. Chris Bautista first of all came to my home knowing I did not know nor did I know which way to go with my home damage. Chris Bautista shown honesty and gave me great ideals for remodeling my kitchen. I let Chris Bautista take over and the awesome job that he did just made my jaws drop. Chris Bautista knew all the health issues that I was going through and still trying to get pass today that I couldn't have made it without him and his staff. Chris Bautista is not just one of these guys that set back and let his staff do all the work he actually steps in everyday making sure everything is done RIGHT and going hard at working side by side with his staff. If the stars would go pass 5 on this page I would give Chris Bautista hundred STARS. I would refer Chris Bautista and his staff to anyone that wants a AWESOME JOB done. Chris Bautista and his staff also kept everything clean up as they went. Nothing was left undone.
Chris Tinsley is and awesome Christian guy he deals with the insurance part he also left nothing undone. Chris Tinsley if he ran into other issues he makes sure that those issues are added into the problems that were not caught in the beginning . Chris Tinsley is a God loving man not only does he makes sure you are comfortable with the job being done to your house , he also helps with family issues in a loving way, the way God has made him for. Gabriel is a fantastic person and did an incredible job testing my mothers home for mold. I interrupted him during his testing and was asking questions and he was able to explain everything to me in a way that's understandable for someone who knows nothing about mold. Left me feeling reassured that we were on the right track to getting things remediated. He got out mold report back to us the next day. Incredible service. I highly recommend him for any mold inspection work.

The staff were professional, personable and trustworthy. Because of the timing of other work we were having done, I needed to delay the last step of the project, but I went ahead and paid them. They were honorable about coming out to complete the final step, and when I contacted them they were always quick to respond and fit things in on a very timely way. The communication was excellent. They were all very knowledgeable and able to fully explain any questions we had. For what we needed specifically, they had the best pricing. It was fairly similar to other quotes we had for similar work, so it does depend on the job. They communicated in whatever way was easiest for me: used texts for scheduling, phone calls for longer questions I had, met in person to do initial very thorough testing, email for quotes and agreements, and billing etc. The only area where they could perhaps improve is that the quote and bill is a little hard to read because it has all the line items included that are NOT the work they are doing, and those lines are left blank. It makes it a little harder to read. I would recommend they remove all of the lines that are not applicable to make it simpler. This also made it difficult to view on a phone.
When they came out to complete the work (putting up a moisture barrier) it was about 6 months later. Again, this was because I needed the time to do other steps in the crawl space. At that time they retested just to make sure new mold hadn't popped up, and were prepared to treat again if needed. This was also good just to have the reassurance that what they had done previously had held up so far even without the moisture barrier, which made me feel even better about the final step securing that the problem will not reoccur.
Overall they were good to work with and seem to take a great deal of pride in their work, prioritizing helping the customer and making an unpleasant situation as convenient as possible to resolve.

Terrific service on the project in Cleburne County, Ala. From the first conversation throughout the entire project, Dewayne did a fantastic job. He described the problems; he explained the process of testing, removal, and treatment; he answered all of my questions, and he regularly updated me on the actions he was taking.
