Each contractor had slightly different ideas on what codes require for property set backs, and other aspects, As a design and construction professional myself, I thought this was noteworthy. Best knowledge, design and installation - Hands down. Will have Permadry back to install another tightline/rain garden.

My insurance company required me to trim tree branches over a second story and to clear moss from the roof. The job was not easy and two other contractors were not interested. Tony was very responsive to calls to set up an appointment. He did have to reschedule a time but he called several times to be sure I received the message and he did arrive as he said he would. HIs crew was very nice and personable and they worked hard to do a good job. He completed the work as agreed. I would recommend him or hire him to perform work again.

We hired Eloy after getting 5 bids. We liked his approach to the project and his bid was very competitive. Eloy has great customer service. He responds quickly to emails and texts. He was very prompt and was on time for every step of the process. If he said he was going to show up at specific time he was there. His tear down of the old driveway and path was very efficient. He didn't damage anything other than the driveway. He took time to help eliminate water that was under our old driveway and make recommendations on other fixes. His crew that poured the new driveway worked hard and did any amazing job. The quality of their work is outstanding. I couldn't believe how clean our yard looked after Eloy had cleaned up. I would highly recommend Eloy and his crew. Their work was top notch.

Alex is great to work with, we hired him twice. He finished our back side foundation and then did our front addition 890 sqft foundation slab and walls. He was juggling a few projects but was consistent in keeping us updated on timeline and overall great job done.

I had a driveway and patio area - approximately 1750 SF total - paved in September 2020 by Wight Stone Concrete.
I received 5 quotes and chose to have the work performed by Wight Stone Concrete.
I had an initial great impression when Henry, the owner, came to give me an estimate. This was during Covid and he showed up with a mask on, even though we were outside. This demonstrates a courteous and respectful attitude towards customers.
He was extremely thorough and precise in his measurements and review of the area. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and provided accurate and knowledgeable information regarding all aspects of the project. This included when the project would start, how many days to complete and the task of each day. He followed up with a contract that included the work to be performed and all agreed upon details of the project. The work was accomplished as agreed upon, on time and at a reasonable price.
His business license, bonding, and insurance were all in order.
I found Henry to be very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and helpful. He provided excellent customer service and cares about doing quality work. I highly recommend Wight Stone Concrete for your concrete projects.

After calling a few companies, we found Home pro remodeling. Ariel the manager gave us a good offer for the retaining wall, it was the best offer we received compare to other companies !
