    Hi.

I run a store which is located at https://www.armsportbutiken.se/ and default language is Swedish, but I use the WPML feature to have different domains per language so I am also using https://www.armsportstore.com/ for international customers and the language used is English. Both these URL:s is the same WordPress installation and same WooCommerce installation, it is only different languages used. So if a customer visits the Swedish site @ http://www.armsportbutiken.se and change the language to English, then they are automatically sent to http://www.armsportstore.com.

This feature in combination with your plugin has some problems. When I send a reminder to a customer which visited and ordered from the English URL they have the Swedish name of the store in the email and on the review page (Armsportbutiken.se). This is somewhat confusing for the customers. When I enter the license key for your plugin I get a notice that http://www.armsportbutiken.se is registered. And this is also what I see if I log in to your website. And I can’t find any way of separating these two “virtual” stores from each others in regards of your plugin.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this? So customers who visits and purchases from http://www.armsportstore.com only see that URL and Armsportstore.com as store name in review emails and forms etc, and customers who visits and purchases from http://www.armsportbutiken.se only see that URL and Armsportbutiken.se as store name in review emails and forms etc.

Also like to add, that I have translated everything in regards to your plugin in WPML. So the only thing that isn’t “translated” is the URL and the name of the store, which seem to be fetched from elsewhere.

Thanks for trying our plugin and reporting this problem!

We should be able to add support for multi-domain WPML configurations. However, in this case, “.se” and “.com” sites will be considered as two different stores. If you decide to use Trust Badges, they will show count of reviews separately for “.se” and “.com”.

To proceed with development, we will need access to a sandbox WPML-site with multiple domains. Do you have a sandbox environment where we can test a multi-domain WPML configuration?

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
