First off wanted to say I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this. My gas furnace stopped blowing hot air. Trouble shooted the issue myself and thought it might be a bad gas valve. Not wanting to deal with a gas valve I called different companies and ended up choosing Air Pro's due them being a Local Company, Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable and when talking with them just getting a good feeling. Jerry came out a day later and sure enough it was the gas valve. He ordered the part and it came quickly. He installed it and the furnace was back up and running. The cost came out to about what was quoted to me when I talked to them the first time. It's ALWAYS a good sign of a good business when their actual cost/bill comes out what they told you!
Here is why I'm also writing the review. About a week or so after Jerry replaced the valve, we noticed a slight gas smell. I called to have someone come back and check it out. Jerry called me within 30 min to ask some questions. He was off for the day and I could tell he was home but he drove 45 min to come back to our house. He was able to determine there was a small leak at the pipe around the gas valve. Given this was Air Pro's error the fact they came back right away and dropped everything was GREAT customer service. I would definitely hire Air Pro's again!

Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation.
We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem.
Since that visit did not fill us with confidence, we looked for other companies and found Jeff and Resolute Plumbing and Heating here on Homeadvisor. Thank goodness we did!! From the first contact with him on the phone he was open about his thoughts on what might/might not be causing the problem. Clear about pricing, and very accommodating in scheduling.
On the day of the appointment he was here for about 2 hours, much of that time he spent educating me about our system, and left having solved the problem with a simple repair he did on-site, not replacing the entire part. He was friendly, straightforward and a thoroughly enjoyable person to have around that entire time. His time and expertise to SOLVE the issue cost us less than what we paid the other company just to do a somewhat uncertain diagnostic.

I was extremely lucky to get in contact with Anthony from Destiny General Contractors. He was able to stop by the same day that I reached out to him. He was able to diagnose and repair my ductless A/C outdoor unit on the hottest day of the year!
Anthony was kind, honest, and a great communicator. I cost was extremely reasonable, you will likely not find anyone better.

Installed a new A/C unit and an air scrubber. Everything from initial contact to completion went like clockwork. No high-pressure sales, just all business, submitted a timely estimate where some companies just gave me a word of mouth estimate or none at all. Stayed in contact through email, answered all my questions, and even lowered their already low bid. After contacting them, they began to install it right away and kept on it until it was all up and running. Kept to the contracted price even though they had to use some different (superior) parts and some of the installation was more difficult than expected. Highly recommended and will be using them again!
