    Picking out the right team can be so crucial. Having curated some really talented people who just want to work and win over the few years pushes me to do more. Excited about training and grooming a recent hire, such a fun process.

    Interesting learnings: A partner has DTC prices 10-20% higher per product over distribution/retail partners. We have seen virtually no revenue DTC but wholesale is growing rapidly. As a result, the lack of clicks/sales has led to them being almost non-existent on Google Shopping.

    In the past year or so we've taken over ad accounts for new clients where the previous agency has not wanted to transition over the ad accounts. I'm a bit shocked by not wanting what is in the customers best interest...and seems a bit unethical to me. Would love others thoughts?

    Interesting hot take by on people fleeing from SF, but also CA in general. LA has been brutal to live in, in 2020, but further than that the local gov't in CA has been failing us. That siad, while stressful, we love our city of LA and aren't going anywhere.
