All I can say is that I am impressed. Since the design and beginning stages of my deck build, I felt confident that I was going to end up with a deck that I had always dreamed of. Building a second story concrete deck felt overwhelming. I knew it was not a simple DIY project. Working with Lincoln builders, made this process seemless and enjoyable. From the beginning, Joe was transparent, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to get my project started. He provided me with realistic timelines and explained the entire build process. It involved getting engineered plans, pouring concrete footings, structural framing, waterproofing, pouring concrete, and railing installation. He was able to start quickly and followed through with the process. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed on what was next. Now that my deck is done, I am glad I used Lincoln builders!!! I would recommend Lincoln builders for any project that you may need. The process was smooth and efficient. Now I can enjoy my deck that I have always wanted. I am confident that it will last for many years to come. Thank you!

We hired City Home Improvement to remodel our kitchen. When Mark came out to our home he showed genuine interest in finding the best solutions for remodeling our 1920s house. He listened, provided ideas, and came up with a plan to optimize our kitchen while maintaining the historic integrity of the home.
The team showed up on time and were great to have around the house. Within minutes we could tell they were very proud of their work. We never worried about leaving them alone in the house all day. We really appreciated their enthusiasm for the project. Really refreshing to see long-time professionals who are proud and excited about their work!!
When problems arose (its a really old house!!), they found the best, budget friendly, way possible to address the situation.
Bid was fair, work was performed well and on time, and they didn't gouge us on change orders. We've already hired them to remodel our mud room and paint the interior of the main floor. Highly recommended!!

We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really do stellar work

Eric was hired to do several things including replace an exterior door, install an interior door, repair a ceiling that had been damaged by a pipe leak, repair numerous holes in the wall, and sheet rock the bathroom. He was very flexible, willing to work this project around several other contractors who were working with plumbing, electrical, tile and flooring. Great job, plan to hire him again for future jobs.

Steve Gardner and his crew are great!! Showed up at the time we set for the project. Did the demo to my old deck and installed a new deck in the same day. Very professional throughout the entire job. Kept work area clean as they progress during the day. Was still out there when it started to rain and hail to finish the job. Definitely will use him again in the future
