Best contractor I have ever dealt with on a personal home project. Fast, courteous, honest, polite and informative. Kelly and his crew did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted me. I have a 2700 square foot basement that they completely framed for me. I offered them to my house, but they came and went every time through a basement window. They were always on time and always responded to my calls and texts. I will definitely rehire Kelly and his crew again if needed.

Excellent job! It has been so refreshing to have a contractor that really cares about the client and what the client wants. Todd, at Greenlight Construction, has been wonderful to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. We had him replace the flooring throughout the main floor of our cabin. Todd did an outstanding job. He also tiled a bathroom for us and again it turned out wonderful. We will definitely be using him in the future.

Alex did a great job. Our master bathroom looks fantastic. He was able to complete the construction on time even though he had an unexpected delay. Our shower door arrived several days late but Alex came off another job to get us squared away.

Steve was very responsive. We hired him to redo our basement. There were a lot pieces and projects associated with our house. Steve made sure everything got done and was done right. We just got an awning installed from U.N.I. Exteriors and it looks amazing. We were very pleased with Eric and his crew.
