Tom came out to analyze, make a recommendation, & write up an estimate for services. I accepted & made an appointment the following week. I called them and interviewed two other companies besides Koala. They weâ re superior in their presentation, and Randy the representative was very thorough. Shawn in the office handled everything beautifully as I had to reschedule. The service representatives were very professional and friendly. They were in and out, cleaned up and finished within two hours. I highly recommend this company. Great value!

Iâ ll start by saying Iâ m not typically a person who writes reviews- in fact as an ex home remodeler I very rarely hire out work at my own house. But after Sean came out I thought this was an experience I should review about. Sean was knowledgeable, punctual, and quite honestly a pleasure to work with. He not only did the work himself- which I can appreciate because you know what you are getting when he came out for quote (no swaps for budget contractors after the salesman did his part)- but he also brought along a younger guy to teach him the trade. They worked well together for over 7 hours in our attic putting up radiant barrier, sealing our old ducts (1966 house), and finally blowing in new insulation. Now that itâ s all said and done I could not be happier with the experience and Sean and his company will be at the top of my list for any referrals in the future to my friends and family. Well done guys.

They were on time and friendly. They explained everything throughly before and during the deep cleaning of my dryer vent. They had a small video camera so that I could see what they were doing and how dirty the vent was.

We moved in our home almost 5 years ago and our electricity bills have always been unbelievably high. Aldrin, one of the licensed techs from Your AC Guy, installed our new AC system last summer and recommended to add insulation because there was almost none in the attic. After seeing the amazing job with installing the ac unit we decided to also hire them for the insulation job. We requested Aldrin to be our technician again and we were not disappointed! Our attic looks like the pink north pole! We are already noticing our home cooling down faster and cannot wait to see our electricity bills this coming summer. A preliminary estimate was made and a follow up on site to confirm the requirement of material. The estimate was free and accurate. Once a formal estimate was sent to me I was asked if I wanted to continue the process. Once I accepted the bid, they were able to order materials and schedule the work. The work was performed carefully and professionally (covering boxes and equipment I had stored in the attic). The work was completed in less than a full day (we had rain showers that helped keep the attic from being too hot to perform the work). The attic has a gable fan set to energize at 112 degrees F. and would start before noon and run until 11:00pm before the roof decking was insulated. It’s been two weeks since the job was completed and the attic fan hasn’t had to run at all. My central unit runs about three to four cycles per hour. My energy usage has dropped from running between an average home to efficient home to a totally energy efficient home and I run a pool pump from 11:00 at night to 6:00am. There were rooms with “warm spots”, depending on their relationship to the height of the ceiling to relative proximity to the roof. Now there are no warm spots and the house remains well balanced in temperature. I fully recommend this business.

It's a family business that thrives on maintaining their well-deserved great reputation. I hired them for insulation installation in my attic. I noticed a difference within a few days and noted my A/C units were not working as hard. They drew up a plan for insulation in my home crawl space and gave me an estimate on the spot.
