I got a few quotes from several companies for some bathroom remodeling work and was shocked on how high the labor charge would be. On a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Josh and found his quote to be much more reasonable. I suppose I was a bit skeptical that he could do what I wanted for the price. I wound up asking for some additional work on top of the original estimate and the additional charge was right on par with my expectations. Josh worked with me to go over all the materials that he needed to buy for the job and the finishes I wanted and sent me the exact receipts for the materials. Along the way there were a couple times when I wasn't completely satisfied with how something was done but Josh immediately re-did it and made sure I was happy. Overall he did a great job for a very reasonable price. I also appreciated that he was personable and eager to share his knowledge and experience. That made me comfortable asking him questions about the work so I could keep informed about what exactly he was doing every step of the way.

Kept job site immaculate,called if any delays or weather related issues,kept all receipts for inspection,explained all change order expenses..Went an extra mile to finish hand rail ends for a nice look...checked job site for stray nails or screws in the grass..that was much appreciated ! Laughed when my dog ate their doughnuts..and play great music while they worked !

I had a dripping bath tub faucet ... that turned into a steady stream of hot water going down the drawn between Christmas and New Years! Dave gladly came over the day after I contacted him, worked around my schedule, was polite, did his work efficiently, and my faucet is as good as new! Tom does outstanding work. I've used him more than once. For the first project, he removed a load bearing wall as part of a complete kitchen remodel. This second time he did a complete kitchen and bath remodel. He works fast, shows up on time, communicates very well, and maintains a clean work area. I couldn't recommend a better contractor.
