Laura communicated well, including the design, work plan, and any delays in materials, etc. The crew asked questions and provided suggestions/guidance along the way. For example, the job required less materials than estimated, so they offered to expand the area versus returning the excess. They also suggested a change to our grill island to make it more usable.

Sam and his team worked together like a well oiled machine. They completed my 22x12 patio in just under 2 days. They also added a small patio in my backyard on a moment's notice. Sam's team took the time to place my extra soil in low spots in my yard and helped me move some rock and brick that I wanted to get rid of and even mulched my flower bed. After getting a few estimates on the repair of my front porch, steps and walkway, I felt comfortable with having the Petruzzi company do the job!
With no pressure sales, they gave me suggestions on what needs to be done.
In just two days, I received my proposal, and a fair price.
Work started on time and was completed on time ( weather permitting )
The office management, and staff we;re very polite and professional.
They kept me informed throughout the entire process. That's a plus.
The entire job from start to finish was seamless.

I needed concrete for a 16 x 20 garage and a 15 x 16 driveway to connect to the current driveway. I am a very picky customer. From May 2020 to July 2020, I interviewed seven concrete people. When I interviewed Terry, I liked the detail that he went into and the questions he asked about what I wanted. Terry asked questions that none of the other concrete people asked. The cost Terry quoted was in the 80th percentile of the quotes I received. Terry told me when he would start and he met that start time. At the start of the project, we went into a lot of detail about what and how things were to be done. I wanted to use Simpson Strong-Tie concrete anchors. These had to be placed at very specific measurements. I wanted a monolithic pour that included a 4 thick pad on top of a 12 x 12 footer, which sat on 18 wide x 36 deep support pillars. These were all tied together with rebar. I also used wire mesh with fiber in the concrete. Due to the grade and slope, Terry recommended a French drain, which was added. As I talked to Terry, I could tell that he was very conscientious and cared about the work he produced. Because of this I felt at ease and trusted that the project was in good hands. The job had some bumps that Terry dealt with and turned out fine. Terry had to navigate around phone lines, water lines, and drain pipes. Terry put back and rough graded the dirt that was moved. This was very helpful. In the end, the work was completed in time and looks great. I have had several people stop by while they were walking. They all said the concrete looks great and was done well. When I need any other concrete work, Terry will be the one I call. I have already recommended Terry to other people.

We hired Travis to straighten a 24' brick planter that had developed a severe bow and had motar issues. Travis and his crew were prompt, professional, and finished the work on time. Even with heavy rain delaying the project, the office called each day until they could start. When finished, the planter looked better than when first built. Also, the clean up was amazing. One would think work and customer service of this quality woukd be expensive. But, no, the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Travis / Bucklew Basement Waterproofing and Masony Repair.

Josh was the 14th mason we contacted for replacing our brick back in around our newly installed front door with side windows. The previous 13 were either too busy right now, wouldn't use our bricks, didn't want to do the tedious work of zig-zag sawing around bricks, complained that it would be too difficult, or were just plain no-shows to scheduled appts. Josh apparently did the impossible job that others couldn't or wouldn't do! He used the brick we had from the old door being cut out, did the necessary zig-zag sawing around the bricks on one side of the door, put in vertical "soldier" bricks above and below the door, matched the mortar color (which others said would not be possible), and did the extra job requested of putting in vertical "soldier"bricks above a separate window on the front of our house. He installed angle irons above the door and window to hold up the soldier bricks. And, he did all this work around a newly installed door, having protected the door well with a tarp and boards. (Normally his job would be much easier to do BEFORE the door was installed.) He tidied up every day before he left, and he did a great final clean-up. Communication was prompt. He was very courteous. And his price was better than fair. We paid him a good bit extra, because he was willing to do the "impossible" job that others didn't want, and his work was excellent. It WAS a tough job! The result is exactly what we had hoped for! He took the challenge and impressed us. Obviously, we highly recommend that you don't waste your time getting other estimates. You probably won't find better!
