I put in a request, James contacted me right away. He was able to get out to the house that day and do an inspection for me. Although he has not done the work yet. I am very excited to work with him. HVAC Ministriesâ Service Professional Mr. Cortes was patient with me as I have no idea of what was wrong with my AC. It just stopped working but I will have to admit that it is very old, and I have never had a tune up or service. The Service Professional Cortes explained everything and was honest with me and my wife. He was able to fix the problem and NO pressure. I will certainly have HVAC Ministries come back to my place again!

Tom and his crew were terrific. Tom's a great communicator and gave me a good price. I have to say though that Rick stole the show! He put Moss out on my roof and offered to clean the gutters.
