    Hi there,

    Are any of your variations “out of stock” or marked as “virtual products”? If so, the following may explain why they’re not syncing correctly:

    • “Out of stock” products are not synced to Facebook, as outlined here. As such, if some but not all of your products have synced to Facebook, filter your list of products by stock status to determine how many products are currently out of stock in your store (or how many are in stock) to see if this number matches the number of items that are missing from your Facebook catalog.
    • “Virtual products”, as described here, are not allowed as part of Facebook’s e-commerce policy (https://www.facebook.com/policies/commerce), and therefore can’t be shown on your Facebook shop. As such, you will notice that any virtual products your store has won’t be synced to Facebook.
    • Please also double-check this part of the documentation to review the catalogs that are set up within your account.

    If none of the above applies, please check your global and product-level sync settings against the documentation:

    Finally, if you can’t pinpoint any problem with your settings, it’s possible some code from a plugin or theme may be blocking the sync. I recommend following the guide here to perform a conflict test;
