I was able to schedule the service within a week's time from the day I called, and he did the job quickly and efficiently. Although I had mistakenly dug out the access to the leeching field, and so we then had to dig out the access to the tank, he did not charge me for the extra work. He arrived on time, diagnosed the reason there was a problem, snaked out the drain line in the basement that was causing the problem and allowed the water to run for a while to be sure the problem was solved.
