I put in a request, James contacted me right away. He was able to get out to the house that day and do an inspection for me. Although he has not done the work yet. I am very excited to work with him. Efficiency was able to schedule A/C repair within 24 hours in the middle of a summer hot spell. Technician was efficient, skilled and personable. He explained and fixed the problem, and helped educate us on A/C maintenance.

A rather amazing fellow named John Lower is JW Geothermal. I take John to be "one of those guys". Give John a paper clip and he'll build you a shopping center. I was desperate when I went looking for someone to repair or replace our non-functioning central A/C with the historic Pacific Northwest heat dome on the way in late June of 2021. I just got lucky when I got a call from John who said he could be at our place the next day. Most of the other "big" companies were telling me I would have to wait until July. My dear girlfriend is not "heat hardy" to put in mildly and it was a scary deal. I was operating on the bogus assumption that we needed a new unit as the one we have is fairly ancient, an older than dirt Rheem. John arrived on schedule and swung into action. In a matter of maybe 20 minutes (max) he diagnosed the issue (a bum capacitor) and installed a new one that he had in his major pickup truck. John's a big guy with big hands but he works with the skill of a brain surgeon. He saved our bacon for sure. I simply can't recommend this fellow highly enough. Oh, and did I mention that he is a nice guy in the bargain.

Tom and his crew were terrific. Tom's a great communicator and gave me a good price. I have to say though that Rick stole the show! He put Moss out on my roof and offered to clean the gutters. I am very happy with the service and the attention to detail. Hans installed a new water heater for me and updated items that needed to be brought up to code. He made sure it worked properly and everything was clean when he left. I will use NW Sundance again.

They did a great job in a timely manner for a good price. I would recommend them.
They came out and attempted to fix my furnace. The initial fix solved one problem, but then an even larger problem was found. At that point they recommended replacing the furnace as it was already on its last leg anyway. I got a quote for work from them and 2 other companies. The other companies agreed a replacement was the best option. Integrity Air had the best price. Their technicians were very friendly and explained what they were doing during all steps. They were prompt with their service. I had a secondary source for heat (gas fireplace inside), so I was in no rush and had the service calls when it was convenient for my schedule. They did have appointments available sooner had I wanted and needed the heat fixed sooner.
