Priced around a couple of options and he was by far the most affordable AND it came with everything included we weren’t finding at other companies as everything became add on fees (permits, mirrors, etc). Todd kept in touch weekly and let me know when/who would be coming and all of the contractors were on time. Quality is great and they were able to replicate my new build materials from the first floor for a seamless transition in style. I would highly recommend , we love our new basement !- Dyana M.

I am mostly impressed with the crew (many are employees), the detailed craftsmanship and even their conscientious clean up. The owner, Todd, coordinated the project and had things moving so quickly. Finished Basements Plus Inc.We hired Todd and his team to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement. We are very happy with how the project turned out, they were very good about working with us to design the layout and finishes the way that we wanted them and had no problem making adjustments to the plan along the way. They made sure that we were closely involved during the process and were quick to fix any issues that arose making sure we were satisfied. The project took a little bit longer than planned but we were fine with that in the context of a pandemic. The project came out exactly how we envisioned and the price was fair. Finished Basements Plus Inc.We started this project just before the state mandated a stay at home order due to COVID-19 so I knew it was going to be a lengthy process. The communication was good throughout the project. If I had to reach out to them I usually received a call back within 24 hours. I would say there was less than five times I expected someone to work on my basement for the day and no one showed up. It was understandable with the current state of the times. If something was not done to our standard we would collaborate with the project manager to come up with a solution we could all accept. Given the opportunity to pick a company to finish my basement, I would choose them again.- Tim J.

When Dave came out to quote me a price for my bathroom remodel. He showed up and gave me a fair and reasonable price. He started the work within a couple days. Assisted me in all the details of what would make it real stand out and look good. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you are trying to accomplish when remodeling. The work was completed in a timely manner. I have had him come out and help with replacing a vanity in my other bathroom. Anytime I have a remodel project that needs done the first person I reach out to is Dave. He gets back within a couple hours. The project gets complete.

Well first of all, I got this company number from a friend. Then I gave them a call and left a message, sent text as well with my info. However, the guy responded right away and asked for my address and info about the project. Looks like he was nice and easy going. He gave an app to take a look, never showed up. I gave him a call, after multiple tries he responded with "I'll take a look next week " and never happened. I called again to see if he is still interested, he said he will do the job on Mon. ,Imagine, he never looked up the project!! Then he did not show up on Mon. Then gave him a call on Mon. said he is coming on Thur. He did not and will never show up. Be ware as this guy is misleading and dealing with him is a waste of time . I contacted the person who gave me his number, and he agreed that he had an issue with him himself about a payment the this contractor denied to give it to him until after he threaten to sue him. I am happy after all that I did not have a chance to work with him. after ll it's up to you.

My deck turned out even better than I imagined! I am 110% satisfied with the deck and quality of work. I highly recommend him and his company!!
