SOD Home GroupWe highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. Wise BuildersWe renovated on the middle of COVID but it went surprisingly well. The crew worked quickly, wore masks, and Nathan, our project manager, is REALLY good. He visited the site nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day and really knows his stuff. We hired a designer from a design firm, but Nathan knows design really well and has some great ideas. Any issues, he was quick to address. Everlast ConstructionThis is the second time we hire Everlast Construction, this time it was much bigger project last time we just moved in couple years ago we did basic remodeling and some cosmetics. This time we expand the home did really complicated remodeling in 2 phases. Our PM was Ariel he was the once who managed the first project, this time when we called we ask for Ariel and they told us he don't really does that anymore, when we contact him directly he was immediately told us he will be the one who will manage it for us. We would hire them anyways but we already know Ariel he know us it feels so right that he just jumped in we didn't even ask him to do it for us. The process was very good, The work came out to be catalog photo, we are so happy that we hire them the second time for this project.- Terry V.

Bay RemodelsWe hired Bay Remodels for our whole-house renovation project. We essentially rebuilt our house from the inside out and added a 2nd level. Arsen understood how to address the complexities of the project and get to a beautiful finished product in a timely manner. Working with Arsen and his team has been a joy even in a time of great stress and uncertainty. He and his team are consistently professional, talented, ethical, friendly and a genuinely caring group. They have integrity and they are highly trustworthy. The work they did actually came under budget and they stuck with their timeline. Everything went so well, Bay Remodels exceeded our expectations on a number of levels. OC Home Builders, Inc.It was truly AMAZING to work with OC Home Builders! From the very start, Jim and America were extremely responsive and flexible about our plans and goals for the kitchen reno (and were patient while we re-worked plans with our designer which greatly impacted the scope of the project). They offered great guidance for workarounds to fit our design goals and were knowledgeable and helpful throughout. It wasn't until we finalized all details and started the project that we could really appreciate the extent of the professionalism and communication - each person on the OC Home Builders team showed up to do their part as scheduled, we always knew what stage of the project we were in, and they were very conscious of keeping our house clean and the project contained (which was a major win because we continued living and working at home for the entire duration and my wife was extremely pregnant at the time.) We even added a few additional items to the overall project and they were clear about the pricing and timelines for those as well. There were never any negative surprises or "gotchas" with this team - and best of all, they finished ahead of schedule (on the day my wife's water broke)!!! We are extremely happy with the results in our kitchen and look forward to working with OC Home Builders again when we tackle our next home project.- Matthew D.

Bay RemodelsWe decided to expand and rebuild our old house and chose Bay Remodels for this project. They added a second floor to our house, made a new facade, balconies and interior redevelopment. Our garage now accommodates two cars. This is a big project and Bay Remodels did a great job with it, the result is excellent. Bay RemodelsBay Remodels recently finished a two-story additional house in our backyard. They built a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms, deck and bath on second floor. Bay Remodels bring together a top quality result for a very reasonable price. Communication is their strength. The estimates was very reasonable and all aspects of the process are clear and efficient. I hired California Construction Center to build an addition to my house. I also contacted several other contractors but California Construction Center gave me best quality-price ratio so I went with them. The project started on time and it went great, with no issues and was finished ahead of schedule. The most important, final outcome is fantastic, better than I expected. I can't ask for more! My wife and I were incredibly nervous about using a contractor after all the horror stories that we'd heard. We were very lucky that our designer found Yossi. There cannot be a more trustworthy contractor our there. He provided us with a reasonable proposal and got to work immediately. He takes great pride in his work and will make sure the client is 100% happy before declaring a given task complete. Further, he did not nickel and dime us on every small thing that came up. In fact, he stuck to the number he quoted on day one even though the project had evolved since then. Yossi took our calls every single time and was willing to swing by at odd hours to have in-person discussions about various components of the project. He was beyond pleasant to work with (which is incredibly important when this person is in your home every day for months) and we were not the easiest clients. If you are considering an apt remodel, you will be so happy you chose Yossi. His firm gave us a beautiful home and we cannot thank him enough!

We hired SOD Home Group for our complete home remodel, and the results are amazing. We’re the owners of a 5,300 square foot home in Los Angeles area that we purchased new in 2005. After all those exceptional years with our three children and pets, it was way pastime for repairs and a refresh. We interviewed several general contractors, and we selected Oren and his team at SOD Home Group because of their experience, knowledge, and vision for our home. They transformed our outdated, worn-out home into a modern showcase. They took the house down to the wood framing. They removed walls to open up the house. They installed bigger, modern windows to open up the house to the outside. Doors were replaced. The kitchen was refreshed with new cabinets & upgraded appliances, floors and a much bigger center island. The upstairs balcony was rebuilt with a modern glass railing. Walk-in showers were installed in all the bathrooms. They designed and installed a unique revolving television wall in our master bathroom. The construction crew always worked hard to please us. Update: I was not paid to give a review and I did utilize and hire Shefer Builders for a total remodel. Remodeling can be stressful. So many decisions and expenses. We thought about it several years. We researched, planned, saved and interviewed several companies. We wanted a general contractor that could handle all our needs (one stop). We met with Yani of Shefer Builder twice. We shared our budget, our wants, and our concerns. It’s important you find someone you feel comfortable with and can have confidence in. It’s your home after all. He made us feel excited about the possibilities and his portfolio was extensive. He had loads of ideas and thoughtful ways and places we could make our dreams come true. We’d lived in our 1950s home for 20 years. Everything needed updating. From the roof down to new flooring, new windows, doors, outside stucco, and a gorgeous new open floor plan kitchen (removed a wall) and bathroom! We couldn’t be happier now! The end result is amazing. It looks like something in a magazine. Yet very livable. Yani helped with choosing wall colors, tile, flooring and fixtures. They built a new master walk-in closet with custom organizers. Added crown molding and pocket lights throughout and durable pretty flooring. During the process Yani stayed in touch constantly and sent pictures of the progress. If we had a question he was very responsive in returning a call or text. He stayed within our budget and even found places to save us money. We joke if we win the lotto we’ll have Shefer Builder back to add a second story. We’d be happy to provide more info.
