Very respectful and trustworthy. We were able to leave the repairmen in the home alone. The cleaned up and locked the doors when they let themselves out.
The job itself, was an unscheduled request. They came right away and started the work a day later. They were in constant contact asking how we were doing and if we had any questions or concerns. The job was completed fast without incident.
I job consisted of several areas on the wall where drywall had separated and someone had done a botched up job trying to make repairs. It was ugly.
Prime home repaired the walls so that you can not see where the damage was. It now looks as if there was not damage.
I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this kind of work. Also, their price for the job was lower than other companies I had spoken to through Home Adviser. Had I gone with a different company painting was not included in the higher price and I was told that the texture could not be duplicated. Prime Home Service repaired the walls as if nothing had been damaged. They duplicated the wall texture and
painted. I will contact them in the future before I contract with any other company.

Jonathan came to repair tile in my master shower. He did an amazing job!! He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have tile work done anywhere in your home. His price was extremely fair and the work was done in a timely manner. Charles from CM Restoration was fantastic. He performed the job for the quoted price and within the estimated time. He was professional and to the time to educate my wife and I on the best way to care for our granite, and how to chose granite in the future. We recently purchased our home and the shower was tiled with slate (which is a poor choice for a shower). He provided the best sealant option for us until we can replace it. Not happy with their original results, but they agreed to come back and make it better.
They did come back and redo to my satisfaction, but I wasted a half day getting this done and another hour finding out how to change review. I did increase my rating, but cannot do an across the board "5" because of all the hassle involved.
My time is valuable too!
