We hired Fredy to re-sod our large backyard that just had a drain field replaced. He came out immediately and provided a very competitive estimate and showed up with a full crew to complete the job. Rob and his team did a superb job! Highly skilled and knowledgeable, along with knowing how to manage a project with multiple trades in a prompt manner. We did a complete kitchen/dining room remodel, structural support repair outside and fireplace mantle redo. For kitchen/dining room alone: new cabinetry in a completely new layout, flooring, lighting, plumbing/fixtures, counters/backsplash, outlets, electrical system upgrade, sheetrock, paint. Continuous activity.
Rob knows the best subs, and he gets them out to the job when they are needed, When issues arise, he solves them by flexibly managing/rearranging scheduling.
His main worker Shawn is highly skilled in a lot of trades, and does an outstanding job of finishing loose ends in a variety of area. Rob and Shawn are master cabinet craftsmen.
This was a big job and Rob and team did an outstanding job. I cannot praise him enough and am so thankful we chose him for the project.

He provided a detailed written outline of all materials and labor costs and samples photos of materials for us to select from. My husband and I chose Creation 7 to remodel/renovate our kitchen, open up the living area, redo the master bath, and create a brand new basement space with two bedrooms and a new bath. It looks GORGEOUS and we are so happy with our choice. We talked with several contractors/design build firms before finally deciding on Yaniv at Creation 7. As first-time homeowners, we had no idea what the process was like. We had a bit of a frustratingly slow start getting plans from our architect (a different company) but once we finally got the final plans to Yaniv and Creation 7, things moved SO FAST. His team was respectful of our home (we lived elsewhere) and hard-working (some were even there on Christmas Day which was really above and beyond!). When we did have problems or concerns (e.g., bath tile placement, countertop slab measurements) he remedied them until we were satisfied or credited the cost against future work. He is so easy to talk to and made the process (which was full of headaches and surprises that werenâ t their fault) clear and, dare we say, enjoyable? He was clear when change orders were going to be necessary (e.g., when they discovered that the foundation was crumbling) and was very transparent about costs. He was incredibly patient with us when we requested new little projects here and there (e.g., opening up the attic space, refinishing the floors) and was always immediately accessible when we had questions or needed to talk to him. We would absolutely use Creation 7 for any future projects and have already recommended them to friends!

New Home Solutions is a Design+build firm and since we were unsure of the choices we needed to make for our kitchen remodel, we engaged New Home Solutions' design services. Marybeth was handling the design aspects and she did an excellent job with her recommendations. She helped us pick out our counter-tops, our back-splash tile, figure out our cabinet layout. She also worked with multiple vendors to give us an detailed breakdown of the estimates. She was responsive on email and made multiple store/home visits to ensure she understood and translated our needs to the estimate.
Unfortunately due to vacation timing, we couldn't proceed with New Home Solutions' Build eventhough we were happy with the designs and the final estimate. Would totally recommend Marybeth's services.

We got multiple quotes and ended up choosing them as they had the best price. Eduardo was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. His crew was equally professional and polite. One of the best experiences weâ ve had with a contractor, we would definitely hire them again in the future. They worked on removing popcorn ceilings with asbestos and patching drywall. Eduardo explained the process to us and gave us accurate time estimates for how long the project would take to complete. He texted us to let us know when theyâ d be at the house, and gave us updates on the progress. Weâ re very happy with the results and the stellar service provided!

Matt came out to estimate a replacement of out roof. NW Builders & Renovation not only replaced my roof, they also re-framed all rotten structure and replaced the plywood sheeting. The work was quick and professional, Now we are on a process to re-do my bathroom with the same project manager
