Apple Store 4+

After calling for tech support initially and receiving “scripted” responses at one call center to my inquiry about how to fix a faulty Apple ID (and being told that I’d actually been the one who set up the bogus additional account—NOPE, it was a hack;), I decided to call once more for assistance. To my great relief and enormous satisfaction, by sheer luck my call was picked up by Heshan [sic?], a Senior Tech Support Advisor/Supervisor from the Niagara Falls support center. With consummate professionalism and patience, this remarkable gent did a screen capture (after explaining the privacy protocols involved) and navigated through a veritable maze of internal coding hurdles to achieve a wonderful work around. So grateful for this superior performer and his personal grace in solving a very trick issue (affecting App Store and Apple Pay authentic access) in a matter of minutes. Bravo. That’s why I’ll always stay in the Apple Realm and never default to the Evil Empire. Would give SIX STARS, if possible.

I had a true phone emergency that required me to have a working phone while dealing with a medical emergency for my young son. Juan Mercardo (at The Falls Apple Store in Miami, Fl.) was helping me out. When all I needed to complete having a phone the hospital could reach me with was my SIM card to be activated by my carrier company and they did not help me, Juan spent an hour and a half of his personal time after the Apple store closed speaking with various people of the provider until he successfully got my cellular service turned on just hours before my son goes into surgery. He was so extraordinary and my family is forever grateful that Apple not only has great customer service, but that an employee went above and beyond to assist and help even when it meant going over store work hours. Thank you to Juan. You made me an Apple customer for life.

I’m so appreciative of my Apple. I used Microsoft Windows and every time I used it my agitation would escalate. Every time Microsoft came out with a new OS it was never consistent. When there are icons for you to open programs the icons had too much detail. The entire design from the look to the use of it made me upset. With the Apple computer to the OS, user friendly, the OS design and the rounded edges of apps and task bar helps allot. When I get agitated the Apple computer helps me calm down. Even the employees listen when I’m upset and I calm down then they help. There is allot with Apple that I can talk about. You guys are amazing! And I’m diagnosed with schizophrenia.
