Handyman Connection - PhoenixWe reluctantly reached out to Handyman Connection when our home builder, Artisan Builders AZ also known as Win Big Development LLC, refused to fix issues for our home that were (lawyer verified) within our warranty after months of runaround. Although we were originally frustrated spending money in this scenario considering legal assistance would’ve superseded the actual cost of the work, we had a great experience. Greg, the project lead, did a fantastic job at communicating what the required fixes would be, the *freshly* sensitive topic of warranty that Handyman Connect would provide after their work, and what to expect through the 3 day project. When they arrived a few weeks later Zack and Josiah did a fantastic job with the required fixes, accommodating our home schedule for work, and ensuring we were content with the completed work. I am a first-time homeowner and having a general “handyman” available has been something I really wanted to feel comfortable, I feel much better knowing the scope of Handyman Connects portfolio as well as the quality of their service.- Bertie G.

After purchase of home in Chandler, Eagle Painting did excellent work on removing popcorn ceiling and painting the interior of the home. Joe and his boys are nice guys. Unfortunately, the quality of work was unacceptable. Walls were not sprayed consistently, overspray was everywhere, and floors were not properly protected. In general, the level of quality and craftsmanship was poor. As such I am now hiring a second paint company to fix the job. If you need a fast job where they will get in and out, and quality is secondary, you may want to give them a shot. But if you are looking for paintwork at a professional level, I cannot recommend Bravo.

It went not great. The job took twice as long as was quoted. Most likely due to him having to leave early every day for “other jobs and family stuff”. Messy with paint spills and over spray on tile and cabinets. Didn’t bother to finish the closets or paint the back sides of doors of the closets. Brought in a bunch a people to try to get the job done. The rolling turned out mostly fines except for a massive half inch wide by 10 inch long run of paint into the bathtub. The cut it was really bad and when I brought it up he say well ya know, these guys aren’t professionals.” My thought was that’s obvious from the cut in. I ended up sending him home and my wife and I had to finish the job for him. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic. Two guys were at our home for 3 days straight. Worked methodically. Put plastic down and taped everywhere. No dust or spills anywhere. Matt (owner) came over, bid. He came over about a week later with two painters. They worked independently. Was a lot of overhead painting. The job was super professional. Total job cost around $2,000. They did everything expected and were a real pleasure to work with. Would definitely use Matt and Gary & Sons, Inc. again for further interior and exterior painting when needed. A+ all the way!
