Mike is very professional, dependable and very honest. He goes the "extra mile" to help his customer and does what he committed to do. Makes a great effort to keep your home as clean as possible during the project; showed up at the time he said he would; the quality of the work is excellent.
He actually had to drive to Floor & Decor 3 times because they messed up my tile purchase. Mike did not ask for extra $ because of this inconvenience - he even offered to drive to Miami to pick up tile! I have had other contractors in my home through the years and I have to say this has been my best experience yet.
His pricing was competitive with another quote I had.
Mike works with his son, Logan, who is also a terrific young man! I would certainly hire Mike and Logan again if the need arises.

This guy is a GEM! L used Lazaroâ  s services for many projects, painting, plumbing, dry wall, etc... He was IMPECCABLE n v PROFESSIONAL in everything. And his prices are fair and honest, which isdifficult to find.
He even left his house late night to check a major leak emergency w no charge for. the visit.
