We had a clog in the drainage to the septic tank. We snaked it ourselves but it didn't solve the problem and the toilet stopped draining. We called several companies and Quality Septic was the only one that could come out the same day. They found a gunk stuck by the septic tank, coming out of the pipe from the house where the snake couldn't reach, so they sucked it out in addition to pumping our tank. It solved the problem. We were very happy with the work done.

The pricing was average, nothing special. The septic tanks have a wood diver and just after they were here and I had another plumber come out. The new guy called me and told me the diver was cracked but A-1 never reported it to me. We had to have in drained again which cost me $500. I emailed A-1 about this and they basically told me that they didn't see anything. I felt they were very unprofessional about this. The experience was good but hesitant on using again.

He was able to locate the septic which turned out not to be a legit septic and which helped give honesty to a property that was incorrectly listed at my time of escrow as having a legit septic. He was patient and provided a very detailed, professional report. It resulted in an addendum being issued to replace the septic and ultimately I canceled escrow on the property due to lack of agreement between the Seller and I on an extension to get more inspections done. I can't thank Mike enough for his patience throughout that entire process. The listing has since been corrected to reflect a need for a replacement septic, so that future potential buyers will not have to go through what I did and all the surrounding hassles. So I wake up one morning and the flush just wouldn’t flush.. like water would fill up but not flush. So I called All Star Plumbing and spoke to a Kevin who was very understanding considering I was irritated over this issue early in the morning.. he told me someone was already working in the area and would be able to come by in a couple hours.. on arrival the plumber told me the septic pipes were clogged and would take about an hour or so to find the issue and fix it.. about 20 minutes in he comes back to tell me the issue was bigger than expected and might take longer than expected I appreciated him following up with me on that. Compared to other places I called All Star gave me the best price quote from however I could describe my issue over the phone. On arrival Javier was very Respectful and Personable which was nice because I live on my own.. and True to the quote my bill was very reasonable.

We were advised by a plumber that, based on the symptoms we provided, our septic tank was likely full. So Ron came out to pump the tank. Before doing that, he spent a good amount of time sorting out where the tank was (it's buried) and what the layout of the system is. Then he inspected the tank and determined that it did not need to be pumped. He diagnosed the problem as a blockage in the main line and recommended an excellent plumber. Nice guy, honest, easy to work with. Will definitely use again when it's REALLY time to pump the tank.

Recent Review: Jerry Biodo, from Mike's Plumbing arrived at 0900 on Sunday morning. He crawled under the house and checked how the water pipes were located to determine if they could be rerouted from the solar pipes. While he was under the house he also checked the septic lines and air conditioner lines. He went up on the roof next and checked where the water was coming from and if there was obvious damage to the roof. He counseled me to contact a Solar Company to have the solar unit removed and roof checked for water damage. As a temporary way to stop the leaking and still give me hot water he cut and capped the leaking pipes. He also checked but could not find a motor to the unit. He said he would be back to reroute the water lines to the water heater as soon as I get the solar units removed. It was a very hot day so I really appreciated Jerry's attitude and all the extra help and advice he gave me.

Recently the smaller septic tank filled with water due to the frequent rains we were having, creating a plumbing emergency for one of the tenants. I called one afternoon, they came the next afternoon to take care of the problem and perform the yearly service for the 3 septic tanks on the property. They cleaned the affected septic tank, cleaned another small septic tank, and told me that although it had been a year since the last service that the large septic tank did not need cleaning.
